Kiriya Aoi, Girl of the Decade
Merry Christmas, everyone! Christmas 2019 was honestly an odd time for me because a lot has happened, especially me moving to a new place so close to the holidays. My new place is far from the city proper and is cramped compared to the old place, but it’s a well-ventilated place in a quiet neighborhood.
What sucked is, I couldn’t bring everything with me—bed, computer chair, and the computer table and I ended up using my 13th month pay to buy new replacements. I could’ve, uh, you know, buy a new computer component for my upcoming new computer by taking advantage of the Christmas sales, or—please don’t judge me—add a new gunpla to my small collection. That and that didn’t happen, but thankfully, I did manage to cook up a nice angus steak paired with mashed potatoes for my Christmas dinner. This was my first attempt and it tasted good. It was certainly not the Filipino flavor I’m used to. A friend of mine gave me a B- for my effort. :3
But yeah, Christmas 2019 was still enjoyable for me and I didn’t regret me moving out, and I hope you enjoyed, or you’re enjoying yours as well.
